Why Core Flavors May Taste Weak at First (and Why That’s Okay!)

If you’re new to FÜM and are finding that the Core flavors seem a bit weak or "off" at first, don’t worry - this is completely normal!

Here’s Why

Over time, our taste buds can become desensitized to certain flavors. This can happen gradually, and often we don’t realize how much our ability to taste and appreciate subtle flavors has diminished.

When you first try FÜM’s Core flavors, they might seem milder or less intense than expected. But as you continue using FÜM, your taste buds start to recover and become more sensitive to the nuances in each flavor.

What Happens Next?

As your senses heal, the flavors will begin to intensify. You’ll notice richer, fuller tastes and a more satisfying experience overall. This process can take some time, but it’s a sign that your body is adjusting and becoming more responsive to authentic flavors - just as they’re meant to be enjoyed.

So, if your first impression is that the flavors seem light, stick with it! The more you use FÜM, the more vibrant and enjoyable the flavors will become. It’s all part of the journey towards creating more positive habits with FÜM.

What You Can Do in the Meantime

As your taste buds heal, we suggest beginning your FÜM journey with some of our stronger Core flavors, like Crisp Mint or Cinnamon Hearts. For details on the intensity levels of our Core flavors, check out this support article: Core Flavor Intensity Guide.
