Conquering negative habits and developing positive habits is challenging. There are many components that contribute to the dependence we feel on existing negative habits. FÜM directly addresses some of these components in a non-addictive way.

Really nice experience overall, and the magnetic stand makes it a definite “thing” in my space, available but chill. Heft and grip are solid. Obviously it won’t replace nicotine — cognitive-begavioral therapy or Allen Carr’s Easy Way for that —but it does replace the ritualized fidgets and flavors I associate with nic. The only strong “throat hit” I’ve had so far is spearmint-ice, but the rest add a fun variety.
Been smoking marijuana for 14 years daily and I’m finally trying Fum. It’s been a huge struggle with addiction for me and the hand to mouth fixation was the hardest part to quit. Fum is working really well so far and I like the oral fix without the weed buzz.
My grandson who is autistic chew on pencils bites the erasers off and constantly fights in his hand when game playing. Wondering if this could be useful. Even without the cores .
I just got my FUM and I really love it :) I’ve been a chronic vaper for years now and I decided to make a change. I really wanna switch to healthy and good habits. I do have a few concerns about if the oil is ok the breathe in multiple times a day? I really like the flavour of the mint cores but I also worry about repeated use. What is the recommended use daily for a FUM core? Also, is it ok to fully breathe in the FUM? Or should I let it sit in my mouth? Thanks:)
