Helped me quit vaping in 30 days!
When I made the decision to quit smoking last winter, it was easy to maintain - it was bloody cold outside, and I didn't want to step outside to smoke. I was worried that I'd crack once the weather warmed up and we started with outdoor fires, parties, and social gatherings. The Füm has been great - every time I get a craving for a cigarette, I consciously choose it. I think you have to be fully ready to quit for it to be successful, but it sure does work. The Crisp Mint cores give me the little throat hit that really works too!

Initially I bought the Solano …lost it and got a prominent.. I only order the crispy mint because it’s the flavor closest to what I used to vape. Bought my son a prominent along with cinnamon flavored cores…he’s been on it about a month a still not vaping.. Still have some problems with cores not maintaining flavor after only a day or so.. thank you for a great, healthy alternative to smoking and vaping

I have been trying to quit vaping for awhile and I always struggled with cravings not really for nicotine but mostly the habit of reaching for something to hit. I have been using Fum for about 6 months now…I only order the Crisp Mint because it’s the closest flavor to what I used to smoke then vaped (menthol). The only negative issue I have had is that out of 3 in package 1 loses the taste after about 20 puffs… not all the time but I’ve had at least 10 like that since I have been using Fum…thank you for the opportunity to give a feedback…your product is great and has helped me in quitting ..Chad Fukui
